We are more and more familiar with the term “work – life balance” which by a simple definition from Wikipedia means “a concept including proper prioritizing between “work” (career and ambition) and “lifestyle” (health, pleasure, leisure, family and spiritual development/meditation)”. Work and life balance (WALB) is more than that – it’s about achieving balance in everything that you do.
This website and blog’s intention is to be a little more than just inspiring people to balance their work with their personal life. Its intentions are more around balance in each and every aspect of one’s life: eating healthier, sleeping habits, exercise, dealing with stress, finding what excites you, living the live, enjoying the nature, balancing your expenses and budget, passions and hobbies and so much more!

We live in a world where there’s basically no escape from the constant information waves reaching and following us online and on the streets, shops, work, TV, phone and so on. Therefore, how do we keep our balance in order not to get lost in meaningless things and how do we make sure we live a life that makes us happy? I believe a balanced life is a life with meaning, and through what I write here I hope to inspire people to have a balance in life and through that, contribute a little to their life’s discovery.
